Introduction

Welcome to tk10b. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk10b ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the tk10b website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the tk10b platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the platform. tk10b reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the tk10b platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. tk10b reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, or third party without tk10b's explicit written authorisation.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or agent of tk10b or any of its affiliated companies, nor be a family member or member of the same household as such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the tk10b platform, either by your own request through a self-exclusion mechanism or by tk10b as a result of a Terms violation.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

tk10b may at its sole discretion decline any application for registration without providing a reason for doing so. Eligibility determinations made by tk10b are final.

Account Registration and Management

Each eligible player is entitled to open and maintain one account only on the tk10b platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered by tk10b will be closed immediately and any balances or bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party and to notify tk10b immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tk10b will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number will be used for identity verification and account recovery purposes.
• tk10b may at any time require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or closure of your account.
• Account information, including your registered mobile number, must be kept up to date. You are responsible for notifying tk10b of any changes to your registration details. tk10b will not be liable for failed communications, missed notifications, or verification issues arising from outdated account information.
• tk10b accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account-related rights to any third party.

tk10b reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that tk10b deems sufficient. In such cases, tk10b will notify the player of the account action where practicable.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tk10b accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and tk10b reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time. Players are responsible for ensuring the payment method they use is registered in their own name.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by tk10b, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by tk10b's payment system. tk10b does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed on a continuous basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. tk10b reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, which may include requesting supporting documentation.

tk10b will not process withdrawal requests where the account has an incomplete KYC verification status or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the account. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposited funds can be processed. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 4.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk10b offers various bonus and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific promotion, which will be published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the tk10b platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on each promotion's specific terms page.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonuses not used within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Each eligible promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• tk10b reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse or a Technical Error affecting the promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated from wagering that satisfy the applicable rollover requirement may be withdrawn.

Players who are found to have abused bonus terms — including through use of multiple accounts, use of another person's payment method, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — will have their bonuses forfeited, their winnings reversed, and their accounts suspended or permanently closed. tk10b's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

tk10b is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled, and enjoyable environment for all players. Gaming and betting should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of addressing financial hardship. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from within their account settings.

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period or permanently may submit a self-exclusion request by contacting tk10b support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Players under self-exclusion should not attempt to open a new account — any new account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately upon discovery and any balance will be returned to the player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk10b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reversal of winnings, and permanent exclusion from the platform, in addition to any legal remedies available to tk10b under applicable law.

• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event offered on the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge or consent.
• Exploiting Technical Errors, software bugs, or display glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house, without promptly reporting the error to tk10b.

tk10b takes all instances of prohibited conduct seriously and actively monitors platform activity for signs of fraud, collusion, and Terms violations. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have all associated accounts permanently closed and may be subject to referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk10b platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the property of tk10b or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the tk10b platform without the prior written consent of tk10b. Unauthorised use of any platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability. tk10b's trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not provided by tk10b.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk10b, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure — arising from or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, even if tk10b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tk10b makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy and Data Protection

tk10b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the tk10b Privacy Policy. Personal data collected during registration and account use is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services. tk10b does not sell personal data to third parties. Amendments to These Terms

tk10b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. When material changes are made, tk10b will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details on file, by displaying a notice on the platform, or by both means.

The version of the Terms in force at the time you use the platform is the version that applies to your use. By continuing to use the platform after amended Terms have been posted, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tk10b holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to the competent dispute resolution body designated by tk10b's licensing authority.
